Each Tunnel Out number is local to the Institution that the Subscription is assigned to.
If your loved one is transferred to a different Institution, a new Tunnel Out number, local to that Institution, is required.
The following options are available.
Mid Subscription Transfer: Save the days that remain in your current Subscription for the new number. (Transfer Fee payment required.)
New Subscription: Start a new Subscription and release the days that remain in your current Subscription. (Subscription payment required.)

It is recommend you get the number approved before your loved one is transferred.
Long Distance Charges apply to any call made from an Institution that the Tunnel Out number is not assigned to.
