Each Tunnel Out number is local to the Institution the Subscription is assigned to.
If your loved one is transferred to a different Institution, a new Tunnel Out number, local to that Institution, is required.
The following options are available.
Option 1: Transfer the remaining days of your current Subscription. (Transfer Fee payment required.)
Option 2: Start a new Subscription for the new Institution. (Subscription payment required.)

If able, it is recommend you request the new Tunnel Out number before your loved one is transferred.
Long Distance Charges apply to any call made from an Institution that the Tunnel Out number is not assigned to.
